Our Story

About Us

Aequita Pharmacy is an independent mail-order pharmacy based in Kirkland, Washington. We take pride in customizing medications for those unique individuals, and our mission is to provide these services with the highest level of quality and care in the industry.

Our state of the art pharmacy allows us to work with providers to create a customized solution to a specific patient need while maintaining strict compliance with current USP 795/797 standards for compounding pharmacies.

What We Do

Aequita Pharmacy compounds both sterile and non-sterile products pursuant to a patient specific prescription from a licensed provider. We are able to work with patients and providers in areas such as:

Our Mission

Our Staff Pharmacists

Nate Kenney

Nate received his PharmD degree from University of Washington School of Pharmacy in 2012. He then spent the last 12 years working at and managing a small group of independent community pharmacies in the North Seattle area. Over the years he has enjoyed working with the public in fast-paced hospital outpatient environments, overseeing the growth and development of long term care, mental health, and anticoagulation clinic services, training our next generation of pharmacists through precepting pharmacy students, and collaborating with local providers to meet a variety of compounding needs for their clinics and patients. Currently Nate is the Pharmacist in Charge at Aequita Pharmacy.

Thomas Chen

Thomas graduated with his PharmD degree from the University of Colorado in 2016. He got his start in pharmacy beginning as a pharmacy technician with Safeway and continued with the company throughout school as an intern before practicing and eventually managing locations in Denver and Seattle. Throughout his seven years of practice, he served in a variety of community healthcare initiatives, including overseeing numerous immunization clinics, pushing the forefront on emerging pharmacist prescriptive and clinical initiatives, and optimizing medication therapy for patients throughout Colorado and Washington. Thomas is currently a staff pharmacist with Aequita Pharmacy.

Ashley Bradshaw

Ashley Bradshaw

Ashley graduated from Washington State University with a degree in zoology in 2017, then from Washington State University College of Pharmacy with her PharmD in 2021. She began her professional career as a pharmacy intern with Bartell Drugs in 2018 and continued with the company for six years, advancing to roles as a staff pharmacist and pharmacy manager. Ashley is currently a staff pharmacist for Aequita Pharmacy.
